Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Refunds are at the discretion of BCWP.

BCWP Alumni

This is a no cost program.

BCWP Events

Refunds will not be issued unless event is canceled.

High School

Refunds are at the coach's discretion.

Masters Co-Ed Registration

Refunds are determined on a case by case by the Coordinator and Treasurer.

Masters Co-Ed Registration

Refunds will be decided on a case by case basis.

Masters Co-Ed Tournaments

Player entry fees are non-refundable. Accommodation fees are at the discretion of the coordinator and the treasurer.

Youth Registration

Refunds are determined on a case by case by the Coach and Treasurer.

Youth Tournaments

Refunds are at the discretion of the Coach and Treasurer.
